About the job

The Personal Assistant (PA) manages all administrative aspects of the CIO role in an efficient, effective, and professional manner. The Personal Assistant will have a proactive approach and possess exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills with the ability to use their own initiative to manage complex tasks and diary arrangements. The Personal Assistant will be confident in working independently and with ambiguity, as well as being a strong team player.

What are the responsibilities of a Personal Assistant to the CIO?

In this role, you will get to:

  • Manage all administrative aspects of the CIO role including undertaking specific project work and any other duties appropriate to the grade and as required by the CIO

  • Work to support the CIO as well as his Executive team including Directors and senior staff

  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures (e.g. invoicing, submitting expenses, reimbursements)

  • Gather legal and administrative documents from different sources for partners

  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings and events

  • Liaison with the Sertis Admin Team to manage office supplies including office hardware (e.g. laptops), coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and stationary

  • Take ownership of office health and safety processes and compliance

Requirements for this role are: 

  • Entry-Level, 1-2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Admin

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Thai and English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
