We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer, eager to work with our small but elite engineering team to build the software systems running and fuelling our state-of-the-art trading strategies.

What are the responsibilities of of a Senior QA Engineer?

In this role, you will get to:

Work closely with developers and other QA engineers to ensure the robustness of our trading systems and internal tools
Be involved in technical designs early on to ensure testability
Continuously improve testing methodologies and automating as much of your work as possible
Identify, record, document and trace bugs
Define comprehensive test plans and test cases
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies

Requirements for this role are:

4+ years of working experience as a QA engineer (or in a similar role)
Thorough understanding of state-of-the-art QA methodologies and tools
Experience working with test automation frameworks, e.g. Robot Framework
General understanding of web-based applications
Ability to read, understand and write code (e.g. Python)
Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in English
An interest in fintech and trading

Nice to have:

Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience working in (algorithmic) trading and interacting with stock/cryptocurrency exchanges using different protocols
Experience working with (trading) equities and or cryptocurrencies
Experience working with Research Teams, Data Scientists, and AI models
