In this role, you will get to:

  • Architect and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns seamlessly with our overarching vision, ensuring maximum impact and market penetration.

  • Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients and industry influencers, transforming them into loyal brand advocates.

  • Become the market's intelligence guru. Deep dive into data and competitor landscapes to uncover hidden opportunities and validate your data-driven strategies.

  • Assemble and empower your dream team. Recruit, train, and inspire a fiercely motivated sales force capable of consistently exceeding expectations and securing game-changing deals.

  • Establish clear KPIs and SLAs to guide your team's path to victory, measuring progress and driving continuous improvement.

  • Transform data into actionable insights. Analyze sales performance to identify areas for optimization and recommend data-backed strategies for peak efficiency.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 10+ years of proven success in technical sales, with at least 5 years leading high-performing sales teams in IT solutions, data, AI/ML, or a related field.

  • Sharpened analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies with laser focus.

  • A natural relationship builder who can connect with key stakeholders and influence key decision makers at the highest levels.

  • Forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation expertise to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
