Overview of the job

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for closing sales of our products and engineering solutions to our customers.  Participating in all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing negotiations, you will drive revenue and market growth through your knowledge of sales and tech and the trust you build in the marketplace. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success. If you are a results-oriented, strategic thinker with a passion for closing deals, this is for you.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Penetrating the markets and acquiring new clients to achieve sales target and KPIs

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and enhance brand awareness

  • Conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence to spot opportunities and validate our sales strategies

  • Analyzing sales data to identify improvements and recommendations 

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • A technical undergraduate and/or graduate degree

  • 5+ years in solution sales of technical products, IT solutions, Data, AI/ML, or related fields

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies

  • Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and influence key decision makers

  • Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
