As our Sales Director you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the sales function within Sertis. You will create and lead a high performance sales team able to drive revenue and market growth through their knowledge of sales and tech. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success. Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and enhance brand awareness
Conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence to spot opportunities and validate our sales strategies
Recruiting, training and leading a hungry, high performing sales team capable of closing large deals.
Establishing KPIs and SLA for the sales team to measure against targets
Analyzing sales data to identify improvements and recommendations

What you will need:

10+ years of success in technical sales roles, with at least 5 years of sales leadership experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies.
Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and influence key decision makers
Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
