About the job

The ​Talent Acquisition team here at Sertis is passionate about the continual growth of the organization, while also maintaining company and team culture. 

​Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and screening candidates for current roles, point of contact for candidates and liaison between candidates and recruiters, collaboration and coordination with other departments to define their needs will be a key focus. 

What are the responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator?
In this role, you will get to:

  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company's career website

  • Initiate contact with candidates via phone, e-Mail, etc. , (over 80% of the role will be coordinating with candidates)

  • Set interviews for our interviewers and Hiring managers

  • Attend user groups, business expos, job fairs, and seminars as needed 

  • Maintain database with candidate information regarding status updates throughout the process (Shortlists, Submittals, Interviews, etc.)

  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings

  • Collaborate with other members of the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires

  • Deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage candidates

What you will need:

  • This is an entry level role and perfect if you are interested in getting into the area of recruitment! 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to exercise sound judgment; capable of interacting with senior management

  • Excellent organisational skills and Multi-tasking skills, recruitment is all about multi-tasking

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple different tasks

  • A "CAN DO" attitude and friendly disposition!

  • Marketing skills a BIG plus!
