In particular, you will be responsible for the hiring growth of the internal teams, helping to source and screen candidates for current roles, while also hunting talent for future roles. Collaboration and coordination with other departments to define their needs will be a key focus. 

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our ambitious PeopleOps dream team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

So, what makes us different? We are working across different industries such as retail, banking, airlines, agriculture, energy, and healthcare in the Big Data/AI space and collaborating with the Data Science and AI Research teams to turn data into action!

Advanced English level in speaking and writing is required

Our Talent Acquisition Consultant (you) will:

  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience

  • Work closely with our Communications department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges

  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

  • Have experience in conducting effective sourcing strategies 

  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

  • Research talent acquisition trends in the tech industry

  • Organize and attend online job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

  • Maintain Database with candidate information regarding status updates throughout the process (Shortlists, Submittals, Interviews, etc.)

  • Design and manage  recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)

  • Deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage searches and candidates

What you will need:

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience (In-house or agency) 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to exercise sound judgment; capable of interacting with senior management

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Knowledge of Tech and business roles 

  • Hands on experience with an ATS system (Preferably GreenHouse)  

  • Excellent Thai and English written/verbal communication skills 

  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple different tasks

  • A "CAN DO" attitude and friendly disposition!
