Overview of the job

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (Senior Manager-Director) to join our team, focusing on financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, and IPO processes, with a preference for experience in the tech industry. This role is pivotal, working closely with C-suite executives to define and shape the company's financial strategy and position.

In this role, you will get to:

Develop comprehensive financial models and perform benchmarking and process analysis.
Forecast quarterly and annual revenues and expenditures.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and C-suite executives.
Explore and evaluate investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions.
Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitive landscape for strategic planning.
Guide the company through IPO processes and ensure compliance with listing requirements.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and C-suite executives.
Coordinate with executive teams on long-term financial planning.
Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate closely with the C-suite members to shape and implement financial strategies.

You’ll be successful if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic finance.
Proven expertise in IPO processes and knowledge of stock market listing criteria.
Experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced skills in MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
