In this role, you will get to:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and enhance brand awareness

Conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence to spot opportunities and validate our sales strategies

Recruiting, training and leading a hungry, high performing sales team capable of closing large deals.

Establishing KPIs and SLA for the sales team to measure against targets

Analyzing sales data to identify improvements and recommendations
You'll be successful if you have:

10+ years of success in technical sales roles, with at least 5 years of sales leadership experience from IT solutions, data, AI/ML, or related field

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies.

Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders and influence key decision makers

Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
