We are looking for a passionate Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to help with software testing to make sure our software solutions run smoothly, as well as to provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

What our Lead QA Engineer (you) will do:

Devise and execute Software Tests, both manual and automated, to ensure business and software requirements are met (e.g. Functional UI/API testing, Acceptance testing, Regression testing, Black Box Testing)
Collaborate closely with other functions, ranging from Software Developers to Data Scientists to Project Managers
Research new tools, frameworks and processes to improve both efficiency and quality of our internal testing
Perform technical coaching for other QA engineers, supporting them in their daily responsibilities, helping them to achieve their technical development goals and improve their technical skills
While this is a primarily technical role, there is potential to also perform people management duties, if desired

What our Lead QA Engineer (you) needs:

6+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, or in a similar role
General knowledge of web-based applications, software development and the SDLC
Experience in both manual and automated testing, including writing/designing, developing and executing test cases
Knowledge of Robot Framework, REST APIs, CI/CD, and a modern programming language
A passion for software testing and a drive to continuously improve methodologies

It's nice if you have:

Prior experience in a leadership role, e.g. as a technical lead or a manager
Experience working in Big Data and AI
Prior software development experience, e.g. using Python or JavaScript
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience working with Cloud Platforms, such as AWS, GCP or Azure
